New Year’s Resolution: Eat.
I am not one to make New Year’s resolutions. Call me “pressure-resistant”, but the more I am being nagged to do something, the less I get motivated to do it. Especially about diets and food.
I can say I’m going to start eating healthier meals, sure. That sounds great, very ideal. But if you’ve been reading this blog, you already know that I can find scientific evidence that indicates there is a health benefit to just about anything– alcohol, chocolate, even chips! Do I use it to justify rummaging through the pantry in the middle of the night for chips and chocolate cookies? Of course not.
Food is good. Appreciate it, enjoy it, savour it. Your body needs it.
BUT, as with everything else, remember: moderation is key. Know when to stop.

Hi!
I am totally with you on the eat sensibly thing! Can you do me a favor? I am in a little chocolate “war” with my friend holly. I am on the pro-chocolate (in moderation) side and I need more people to join me! So, please consider going to my blog and then hopping over to holly’s and leaving a pro-chocolate comment. Thanks and I am blogrolling you now. :)
